The Living Body Series

June 1 – August 3
60 Minute Sessions
Where embodied anatomy meets living intelligence!
What Happens When You Really Listen to the Body?
Most of us spend a lot of time trying to manage the body from the outside in.
Trying to improve it. Correct it. Push it. Figure it out.
But the body is already in motion.
Already adapting. Already communicating. Already responding to your life moment by moment.
In this series, we slow down enough to begin noticing that conversation.
Through sensation, touch, movement, and experiential anatomy, you’ll begin to feel how your body organizes itself—and how much wisdom already exists beneath habitual tension and effort.
We’ll explore both the practical mechanics of the body and the deeper mystery that animates it.
How your feet absorb weight.
How your breath changes your spine.
How emotion lives in posture and movement.
How awareness itself can soften struggle.
Illuminating, surprising, playful, confronting, grounding, and deeply human.
What You’ll Experience
Experiential anatomy & biomechanics (felt, not memorized)
Hands-on self-touch and care
Nervous system awareness
Movement and integration
Feeling more at ease in your body—even when strong sensations or emotions are present
Greater clarity, responsiveness, and trust in what you feel
In these sessions, we bring together:
The practical, physical understanding of the body
(how your feet, hips, spine, and breath actually function)
And the deeper intelligence that animates it
(the subtle awareness that organizes, senses, and responds)
When these two come together, something shifts.
Effort softens.
Awareness increases.
And the body begins to reorganize in a more natural, supported way.
