Where embodied anatomy meets living intelligence!
What Happens When You Really Listen to the Body?
Most of us spend a lot of time trying to manage the body from the outside in.
Trying to improve it. Correct it. Push it. Figure it out.
But the body is already in motion.
Already adapting. Already communicating. Already responding to your life moment by moment.
In this series, we slow down enough to begin noticing that conversation and consciously participate in it.
Through sensation, touch, movement, and experiential anatomy, you’ll begin to feel how your body organizes itself—and how much wisdom already exists beneath habitual tension and effort.
We’ll explore both the practical mechanics of the body and the deeper mystery that animates it.
How your feet absorb weight.
How your breath changes your spine.
How emotion lives in posture and movement.
How awareness itself can soften struggle.
Illuminating, surprising, playful, confronting, grounding, and deeply human!
What You’ll Experience

Expanding your capacity for receptivity and aliveness
Session Themes
Exploring the body one region at a time
Each session focuses on a different area of the body as a doorway into greater awareness, embodiment, and connection.
Rather than viewing the body as separate parts to manage, we’ll explore how each region participates in the larger conversation of posture, movement, sensation, emotion, and nervous system response.
Over time, participants often begin to notice greater coherence, responsiveness, and ease throughout the whole body.

Meet your Guide
Lara Kolesar is a bodyworker, embodiment guide, and creator of the Body As Muse Method with over 30 years of experience helping people reconnect to the intelligence of their bodies.
Known by many clients as a “body whisperer,” Lara weaves together somatic inquiry, experiential anatomy, nervous system awareness, movement, touch, and embodied presence into experiences that are both deeply grounded and transformational.
Her work invites people beyond striving, fixing, and performing—and into a more direct relationship with sensation, awareness, receptivity, and aliveness.
Drawing from decades of bodywork, embodiment facilitation, sensory exploration, and relational presence, Lara creates spaces where the practical understanding of the body can meet the deeper mystery that animates it.
Participants often describe her work as:
grounding yet expansive
nurturing yet illuminating
playful, honest, and deeply human
At the heart of Lara’s approach is the belief that the body is not a problem to solve, but a living conversation to participate in.
Through the Body As Muse Method, she helps people cultivate greater coherence, trust, responsiveness, and connection within themselves and their everyday lives.
