This course invites you to experience your body as a living source of intelligence, creativity, and connection. Through guided somatic practices, you’ll learn to listen to the language of your body — to sense, move, breathe, and open into communion with the Source energy that lives within and around you.

You’ll be introduced to the Body As Muse Method: Four Rhythms to Embodied AwarenessPresence, Respond, Harvest, and Conduct — a framework that helps you bridge inner awareness with the vast field of life force and consciousness.

You’ll also explore your primary somatic resource — Breath, Movement, or Energy — to discover how your body most naturally opens to awareness and connection.
